Room types
You can find all types and there is no rule on what differentiates one from the other, after all, each hotel determines the name of the rooms. The pattern of names is found below, however, as previously informed, each hotel determines its own:
- Shared room – *We don't advise selling this type of content.
- Standard
- Superior
- Luxe
- Premium
- Junior
- Suite
OBS: Sometimes the same room changes price depending on the view (Pool, Sea, Mountain, Valley, etc.).
Bed types
You will find the following bed terminology when searching our contents
- Twin – Two single beds (1,88m x 0,88m)
- Casal – (1,88m x 1,38m)
- Double (Twin/Casal) – Pay attention to communicate in advance which type you want, as it depends on the hotel's availability and informing beforehand helps support a lot to avoid problems at check in
- Queen – (1,98m x 1,58m)
- King – (2,03m x 1,93m)
- Double King – (2,03m x 2,13m)
Feeding regimens
- No breakfast – Very common nowadays.
- Breakfast – Customer preference - buffet breakfast. We do not advise in Europe, as it is much more expensive than having coffee in the best restaurants in town. Some rates appear as “Breakfast for 2 people”. In this case, only two coffees will be free. A third guest will pay for breakfast.
- Continental breakfast – A very simple cafe (coffee, bread and butter). Note that many customers complain saying they are "poor" due to lack of knowledge.
- Half board (MAP) – Breakfast and one more meal according to the hotel rules (Lunch or dinner).
- Full board (FAP) – Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- All Inclusive – All meals and drinks.
- Food and Beverage Credit – The regime is only informed at check-in.
Check in and Check out times
Most hotels have check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm (local time), but this can change according to what appears on the voucher. Read the voucher carefully and guide your customer.
Early Check in
Sometimes some flights arrive at destinations very early and it is common for customers to request the amount to hire an early entry. Most of the time, hotels ask the customer to make a reservation for an extra night that covers the day before until the normal check-in date. These requests must be made up to 48 hours before the trip. Subject to availability at the hotel.
Late check out
Due to a series of situations, some customers ask to stay longer than the normal checkout time at the hotel. Subject to availability at the hotel.
Extra beds/baby crib
In double, triple or quadruple apartments, it is normal to request extra beds or cribs to accommodate the complementary guest. To request, simply send an email to support. Subject to availability at the hotel.
Mandatory/Resort/Others Fee e City Tax/Tourism taxes
These fees are usually described in the vouchers and are obligatorily paid at the destination. These are often the rules of the destination (city tax and tourist tax) or the custom of a hotel chain (mandatory/resort/others Fee). Be aware that the customer knows the extra fees, which are in the rate description.
Duplicity
If you realize that a passenger made a duplicate reservation, if you are in penalty, send an email to operacao@iterpec.com if you are not in penalty, cancel one of the reservations.
Free cancellation
Reservations that are prior to the penalty date can be canceled free of charge. After this period the cancellation policy will apply.
Security Deposit/Deposit/Pre-Authorization Required by the Hotel
It is very common that hotels, regardless of the rate being paid, request a guarantee for the values of extras and possible damages to the hotel. This guarantee is usually made with a blocking of part of the credit card limit or a cash deposit (which is refunded when payment is made to the guest's accommodation account). The hotels have full management over this and usually the values are described in the reservation.
